Description
The charity was presented with a request for a very substantial investment in one of its business units. Crystal Blue was asked to review the business case within the context of the charity's overall strategy.

Services provided
Operational and financial review of business case, senior staff interviews, development of group wide financial forecast model based on five years historical data, business units valuation estimates, strategy implementation time table. Workshops, presentations, and report writing.

Our analysis and communication process provided clarity within a complex set of problems. It enabled the Charity to make a fully informed and considered decision about its future structure.
